مادربرد ایسوس مدل Prime X299-A II یکی از پرچمداران شرکت ایسوس در زمینه مادربردها است. این مادربرد دارای کیفیت و قدرت بسیار بالایی برای اکثریت کارهایی که با آن ها انجام می‌دهیم است. شرکت ایسوس از چیپست X299 برای این محصول بهره برده که باعث قدرت بالاتر آن در مقایسه با رقبا شده است. سوکت پردازنده‌ی تعبیه شده برای این مادربرد LGA2066 شرکت اینتل است. این موضوع باعث شده که مادربرد Prime X299-A II جزو مادربردهای مبتنی بر اینتل باشد. این محصول از نسل دهم پردازنده‌های شرکت اینتل پشتیبانی می‌کند. شرکت ASUS برای مادربرد Prime X299-A II از 8 اسلات رم DDR4 بهره برده است. این مادربرد می‌تواند هم از کارت‌های گرافیک nVidia و هم از ATM به صورت‌های دو مسیره و سه مسیره استفاده کند. فرم فاکتور مادربرد ATX بوده که به راحتی می‌تواند توسط بسیاری از کیس‌ها پشتیبانی شود.
